Before you can set up your Payoneer account to automatically withdraw funds to your new bank account, you must manually withdraw your funds to ensure that the bank details are correct and that the withdrawal lands safely in your bank account. Once you have made a successful manual withdrawal, you can set up an automatic withdrawal plan to your new bank account.

You'll receive an email confirmation each time an automatic withdrawal is made.

You can also always sign in to your Payoneer account and view your recent transactions (Manage → Your transactions).

Payoneer checks your account balance once every 24 hours and automatically withdraws all available funds (minus any funds you choose to set aside).

In order to be withdrawn, your available funds must be between the minimum and maximum limits.
If you receive a payment after the daily withdrawal time, the funds will be withdrawn to your bank account on the following business day.

Payoneer checks your account balance on the day (weekly) or date (monthly) you chose when setting up your withdrawal plan and automatically withdraws all available balance - up to the amount you set.

This means that if your available balance is less than the amount set in your plan, you will receive all the available balance, as long as it is above your minimum limit, and excluding any amount you chose to set aside.

For all withdrawal plans (immediate/weekly/monthly), please allow up to 3-5 business days for funds to reach your bank account.

Please refer to your minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts.

In an immediate plan, they are displayed at the top of the screen after selecting the plan type.

In a weekly or monthly plan, they are displayed beneath the Withdrawal Amount field.

You can create one automatic withdrawal plan for each currency balance or card.

Setting aside funds allows you to maintain a balance in your Payoneer account. Use your available balance for additional Payoneer services such as paying other Payoneer customers for free.

After you've created at least one plan, you will see a list of your plans any time:

  1. Sign in to Payoneer.
  2. From the main menu, go to Withdraw & transfer and then Automatic withdrawal plans.
  3. To add a new withdrawal plan, click Add New in the top right corner of the page.

There can be several reasons for this:

  • The amount in your account is less than the minimum amount set in your withdrawal plan.
  • Your withdrawal plan is inactive.
  • Your bank is not open. Your withdrawal will be made on the day the bank re-opens.
