The easiest way to submit a payment to a Payoneer user is through Payoneer request a payment. If you would like to pay a Payoneer user via request a payment, we recommend that you check with the user beforehand to see if the service is currently available for them. This is how it works:

1. The Payoneer user you wish to pay needs to send you a payment request from their Payoneer account
2. You will receive the payment request to your email address. The email will contain the details of the payment and a link to the Payoneer online payment application
3. When you follow the link, you will be requested to enter your details and your method of payment
4. You will receive an email confirming that your payment was submitted

At this stage, companies that are registered in the US, EU, UK or Japan can be presented different options to pay a Payoneer user, depending on the size of the payment:

• Via credit card for payments up to 15,000 USD/EUR/GBP
• Via local bank transfer to the Payoneer user’s collection account details up to 100,000 USD/EUR/GBP/CAD
• US companies additionally have the option to use PayPal or submit an ACH Debit for payments up to 15,000 USD

For credit card and ACH Debit payments, you will need to enter the details of your card/bank account in the online payment application to complete the payment.

For local bank transfer payments, you can use the details of the Payoneer user’s receiving account (which you will see in the Online Payment Application) to send a payment through your bank account.

Alternatively, if the Payoneer user is not able to send you a payment request, you can ask them to provide you with the details of their Receiving accounts collection account details via email. You can then use them to make a bank transfer through your bank.

You can make a credit card payment to a Payoneer user via Payoneer request a payment. If you would like to pay a Payoneer user via request a payment, we recommend that you check with the user beforehand to see if the service is currently available for them. This is how it works:

This type of account enables you to initiate payments to your contractors, remote employees, and suppliers directly to their Payoneer accounts, without having to wait for them to send you a payment request. You can quickly and easily pay a payment request from a Payoneer user via credit card, PayPal or ACH Debit (for US residents). Here’s how it works:

US residents have an additional option to pay via PayPal or to submit the details of their bank account and complete an ACH Debit payment. The maximum limit for ACH Debit payments is 15,000 USD.

Payoneer users who already have an account for receiving payments have the option to send payments to other Payoneer customers directly.

• If payments to other Payoneer customers is available for your Payoneer account, you will be able to access this feature in your account under Pay > Pay to a recipients Payoneer account.
• Please note that payments to other Payoneer customers may be subject to certain restrictions.
