There are two different kinds of fees you might encounter in your Transactions page:

  • Account fees - such as the annual fee and card delivery fee, will be charged as separate line items.
You can review these fees by selecting Account fees in the Type filter.
  • Fees related to a specific transaction - such as withdrawal fees, ATM fees and FX fees, will appear in the Transaction Details window that will pop up when you click on the specific transaction.

The fee will be updated in the Transaction Details window once the withdrawal has been sent to your bank account and the status changes to ‘completed.’ This can sometimes take a few days if the withdrawal was requested during a bank holiday or over the weekend.

The time it takes for a transaction to show in the All transactions table varies, depending on the type of transaction. Here are some examples:

  • Card transactions can take up to 2 hours to appear in the transactions table.
  • Transactions made directly from or to your Payoneer balance are typically shown within minutes (but can sometimes take longer).
  • Payments you make to recipient bank accounts are typically shown within minutes of being processed (but can sometimes take longer).
  • Payments sent to you using a receiving account you shared with a client or marketplace can take 3-5 business days to be processed and reflected in the transactions table.
  • Payments sent to you as a result of a payment request you sent to a client usually take 1-3 days business days to be processed and reflected in the transactions table, depending on the payment method used by your payer).
  • Withdrawals from your balance are typically shown within minutes of being processed (but can sometimes take longer).

Note: In all cases of payments sent to you from an external source, we cannot determine the date when a payer makes the transfer. In addition, payments that are delayed for any reason, and have therefore not yet impacted your balances, will not be reflected in the All transactions table, but may appear in the Upcoming transactions table.

Payer information appears in the transactions table under the Description column. In addition, the name of the payer as reported by the processing bank is displayed in the Transaction Details section (shown when you select a transaction in the table). Look for: Payer name (from bank).
