Recurring Payments

Currently, recurring payments are only supported for businesses located in the United States. If you are located in the US and would like to set up a recurring payment, first ensure that you are able to initiate payments from your Payoneer account. Learn more.

A recurring payment is a series of scheduled payments to a specific service provider that you set up once. The payments are then made automatically based on the defined dates, payment method, and amount.

Use recurring payments to reduce the time you need to spend every month handling bill paying, and to ensure that you pay on time and never miss a pay date.

Use a recurring payment to pay any registered Payoneer customer, subject to eligibility.

At this time you can pay in USD only.

You can pay up to 15,000 USD per payment using ACH Debit, subject to your recipient’s account limits.

When setting up the recurring payment, you can select who pays the applicable fee, you or your recipient. This will apply to all scheduled payments over the course of the recurring payment.

When a payment fails, we’ll let you know in your recurring payment details, and we’ll send you an email. We recommend that you troubleshoot the reason (for example, double-check the accuracy of your payment method details, verify that your recipient is eligible to receive payments, etc.). If you are unable to identify and rectify the issue, and the problem persists over multiple payments, contact us for assistance.

Note that you may need to pay your service provider by a different means after a payment fails. For example, you can initiate a payment or ask your service provider to send you a payment request.

Payments are subject to review by Payoneer. After each payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know that the payment is being reviewed. Once the payment has been reviewed, you will receive another email, informing you whether the payment was approved or declined. In addition to receiving emails, you can track your payments in your Payoneer account.

Please contact your bank before trying to make another payment. When the bank declines an ACH Debit payment it is sometimes because your bank account details were incorrect or there was insufficient balance in your account.
