Amazon Payments FAQ

  1. Sign in to Payoneer.
  2. From the main menu, select Pay and then Pay to a recipient's bank account.
  3. Enter the payment details in the online form (the card/balance from which you wish to transfer funds, the amount, and the purpose of the payment).
  4. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
  5. Choose whether you need to pay an Amazon Advertising invoice.
  6. Upload your invoice file. The invoice details will be displayed automatically.

    Note: If you are unable to upload your invoice automatically, choose to manually enter the invoice details. In this case, you’ll need to manually enter the Amazon bank account details, the amount due, the invoice number and the account number.

  7. Select the currency balance from which you wish to pay the invoice.
  8. Review the amount you’ll be charged (including fee or conversion rate) and click Pay.

We’ll send you a confirmation email which will include details on when the funds will reach Amazon’s bank account.

Yes, the minimum and maximum amounts are displayed in your account. You'll see them if the invoice amount is not within the supported range.

If you need to pay an invoice from a specific marketplace in a different currency, contact us.

You can manually enter the invoice details. Follow the instructions in your account.

To pay an Amazon Transparency Invoice you will need to first add the bank details you received from Amazon to the receiving bank accounts list in My Account. Once you are done, you will be able to send payments to this account in order to pay your invoices.

Follow the steps below to add the bank account to the receiving bank accounts list:

  1. Sign in to Payoneer.
  2. From the main menu, select Pay and then Pay to a recipient's bank account.
  3. Enter the payment details in the online form (the card/balance from which you wish to transfer funds, the amount, and the purpose of the payment).
  4. Follow the instructions to complete your payment.
  5. Choose the option to pay to a recipient’s bank account*.
  6. Choose Add Bank Details and follow the online screen instructions to add the bank details.
  7. Once bank details were added, follow the online screen instructions to complete the payment.
