Payoneer cooperates with domestic institutions that have foreign exchange qualifications, and it is necessary to collect relevant information to provide cooperative institutions for consistency and authenticity review.
Your information and privacy are protected by Payoneer's privacy and security policy, and we strictly fulfill our responsibilities and obligations in accordance with the relevant provisions. For trade document information, we will only provide it to the domestic financial institution that completed the transaction for regulatory requirements.

If you cannot provide logistics information due to non-delivery, please provide the communication history on shipment arrangement with your buyer, and re-submit documents to us once the shipment arranged.
