Reports and Statements - FAQ

In the Reports and Statement page you can currently generate and download the following reports or statements
• Monthly statement
• Account statement for Amazon
• Confirmation of receiving account
• Letter of good standing
• Card reconciliation report (if you have a Payoneer card)

For more details on each, see below.

Note: You can also generate a transaction summary from the Transactions page, by filtering to the data you’d like in the report and then clicking the relevant icon in the Transactions table (CSV, PDF, or print).

To create a report or statement:

  1. Fill in the requested information.
  2. Click Download to generate and download the file.

Please note:
•    When you click Download, a new window will open where you can check the status of the generation and download.
•    The file is saved automatically to your computer’s Downloads folder.
•    Reports generate in the background, so you can navigate elsewhere in Payoneer while you wait.

The Monthly statement shows all transactions for a specified currency balance for a selected month.
This statement is useful for accounting purposes.

The Account statement for Amazon confirms the details of the receiving account into which payments from Amazon are transferred.
Provide this statement to Amazon, per Amazon requirements, when using a Payoneer receiving account as the payment method in Amazon Seller Central.

The Confirmation of receiving account verifies that you are a Payoneer account holder and includes the details of a specified Payoneer receiving account.
Provide this statement to any marketplace or client that requests an official document confirming the details of the receiving account to which they pay you.

The Letter of good standing verifies that you are a Payoneer account holder and shows a specified currency or card balance for a selected date.
Provide this statement to any marketplace or client that requests an official document confirming your standing as a Payoneer account holder.

Yes. The CSV format contains additional columns of data not found in the PDF report, including Source, Target, Reference ID, Store Name, and Additional Description.

The monthly statement (whether generated from the Reports and Statements page or Transactions page) can only display fixed data for a specific month.
If you require more flexibility in the date range of your reports, andor wish to create a report filtered by additional parameters, generate a transaction summary from the Transactions page by filtering to the data you’d like in the report and then clicking the relevant icon in the Transactions table (CSV, PDF, or print).

To generate a letter of good standing, you must have a zero or positive balance in all of your currency balances. If one of your balances carries pending debt, you will not be able to generate the letter of good standing for that or any other balance.

If your marketplace or client requires you to provide a statement with a stamp, or a non-digital statement contact us to open a request.
Sending you a statement bears the following costs:
•    Regular mail: 4.95 USD
•    DHL: 40.00 USD

This report gives you a clear breakdown of all completed card transactions (ATM and purchases) along with merchant details, the currency used, your card currency, and any fees.
