Before you can send business payments from your Payoneer account directly to other Payoneer customers’ accounts, you must receive payments of at least 500 USD (or equivalent) into your Payoneer account (not including payments sent to you from other Payoneer customers who pay you directly from their Payoneer account). In some cases, you may not be able to complete the payment. This can be due to issues with payment limits or other restrictions. If you cannot send a payment, you’ll receive an informative message letting you know.
