I made a mistake in my date of birth and I want to change it.

If you wish to update your date of birth in our system, please provide us with the following information:

  1. An explanation why the date of birth on your account is different from the one on your ID.
  2. Your current government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport or national ID). Your ID needs to clearly display your name and date of birth.

We will then assist you with updating the date of birth on the system.
