How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your Payoneer password, here’s how to reset it:

  1. Sign in to Payoneer.
  2. Click on Forgot password.
  3. Enter your username. This is usually the email address you used to sign up.
  4. Confirm your phone number. We’ll text you a 6-digit verification code.
  5. Enter the code.
  6. Create a new password.

Didn’t get the SMS or don’t have access to your phone?

You can either re-send the code or reset your password by email.


To reset by email:

  1. Select Reset using email.
  2. Enter your username. This is usually the email address you used to sign up.
  3. Check your inbox for instructions.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Didn’t get the email?

  • Make sure you entered the correct username. It’s usually the email address you signed up with
  • Check your spam folder
  • If you still didn’t receive the email, call us at 1-646-386-2434

Seeing incorrect info during reset?

Try the following:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies
  • Open a private/incognito window
  • Use a different browser

Forgot your username?
