Notification settings let you choose the type of communications you receive from Payoneer.

In the Payoneer desktop application, you can currently choose to opt in to or out of marketing communications sent via email.

In the Payoneer mobile app, you can choose to opt in to or out of marketing communications sent via push notification. In addition, you can opt in to, or out of, push notifications related to account administration, or transactions and balances.

You may choose to opt in to or out of receiving marketing communications from Payoneer by managing your notification settings.

To manage your notification settings for marketing communications in the desktop application:

1. Sign in to Payoneer.
2. Select Settings > Notification Settings.
3. Update your settings and click Save.

To manage your notification settings for marketing communications in the mobile app:

1. Open the mobile app.
2. Select More > Settings > Push notifications.
3. In the Marketing section, toggle any of the marketing communications categories on or off as required.

Please note that, regardless of how you set the above-mentioned notification settings, we may still communicate with you from time to time as needed, to provide you with non-marketing information about our services or for other legitimate non-marketing reasons.

You can choose to opt in to or out of the following types of marketing communications:

• Promotional news - industry reports, event invites, product announcements, special offers, and tips to grow your business
• Payoneer newsletter - a monthly round-up of our latest product updates and handy advice to scale your business
• Informational messages - messages about recent changes to our services and products that you should be aware of
• Capital Advance offers - announcements about new offers of working capital to help you grow your business (if eligible)

You can receive marketing communications via email or push notification (if you have the Payoneer mobile app installed on your device).

You can manage which marketing communications you receive via email in the Payoneer desktop application.

You can manage which marketing communications you receive via push notification in the Payoneer mobile app.

Note: The Payoneer newsletter is not available via push notification.

In the Payoneer desktop application, you can currently only choose to opt out of marketing communications.

In the Payoneer mobile app, you can choose to opt out of push notifications related to account administration or transactions and balances, in addition to marketing communications. Simply toggle off the category of push notifications you no longer wish to receive. Note that we’ll still send you push notifications with important security or account information even if all push notifications are turned off.
