You can change the shipping address when you order a new card.
Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Select Payoneer cards.
- Select the card that did not arrive and click "Reorder".
- If you have a new shipping address, you can select the option to enter an alternative shipping address.
- Read and agree to the Card Terms and Conditions and click the button to order the card.
For regulatory reasons we may request identification documents before the card can be issued. If such documents are required, you will receive an email with a request to provide the documents.
If a new card was already ordered to a wrong address, please note that a replacement fee may be charged for changing the shipping address.
To view the fees associated with your account:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Click on Fees located in the bottom section of your account.
Due to local regulatory changes, Payoneer can no longer issue cards to customers who have a Russian billing or shipping address.
