The PIN is the secret code used for debit purchases and ATM withdrawals. Your PIN was set upon the activation of your card.

If you have forgotten your PIN:

1. Sign in to Payoneer.
2. Select Payoneer cards.
3. Select the relevant card and choose View PIN, then follow the instructions.

If you don’t see the View PIN option, please contact us via phone or Live Chat, so that we can assist you with resetting the PIN manually. Please make sure you have access to your Payoneer account as resetting your PIN will require you to sign in within 30 minutes.
