Your card information was sent to you via email on the day it was issued. To retrieve the card details, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Select Payoneer cards.
- Click on the relevant virtual card and a card details window will open (but the full card number will be hidden)
- Then hit the button which says Retrieve Card Details.
- Once you request to retrieve card details, you will be required to verify your password and one of your security questions.
- Input your password and the answer to the security question, then click Submit.
- If your security details are successfully verified, the system will send an email to you with a one-time link to view the card details.
Important reminder: The link that will be sent to you is only available for a one-time view. If it's already used, and you need to retrieve the details again in the future, you will need to follow the above steps again.
