How do I switch from physical to virtual card?

We offer virtual cards in USD, EUR, and GBP. To replace your physical card with a virtual card, please contact us.

Due to regulatory requirements for cards, you must have an approved ID and proof of residence or proof of company address on file.

If you’re working with one of our partner companies, switching to a virtual card may be subject to eligibility.

Following local regulatory changes, Payoneer can no longer issue cards to customers located in Russia.
