How do I switch from virtual to physical card?

If you are interested in switching from a virtual card to a physical card, please contact us to check if you are eligible.

Due to regulatory requirements for cards, you must have an approved ID and proof of residence or proof of company address on file.

Please note that switching from a virtual to a physical card will incur a fee of 12.95 USD.

Following local regulatory changes, Payoneer can no longer issue cards to customers located in Russia.
