If you no longer have access to the phone number used for two-step verification, please contact us at 1-646-386-2434 and we’ll help you reset it.
If you still have access and want to change where your codes are sent:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Select your profile icon.
- Go to Settings > Security settings.
- Under Two-Step Verification, select Edit .
- Enter the new mobile number and select Save.
Note: This can be different from the mobile number in your Payoneer profile.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone.
If you do not have access to your phone, you can use your recovery code for verification.
- You ‘ll get a popup message that Two-step verification is turned on.
- Copy and save your recovery code somewhere safe.
Heads up:
- Changing the number for verification codes doesn’t update the phone number in your Payoneer profile
- Updating the phone number in your Payoneer profile won’t change the number where verification codes are sent
