Scheduling withdrawals to a bank account - FAQ
A scheduled withdrawal is a withdrawal that you set up to be sent at some future date. You enter the date for the withdrawal to be sent and the withdrawal details, and we automatically begin processing the withdrawal at approximately midnight of the date you specified.
Payoneer lets you schedule a withdrawal for anywhere from the following day to up to 90 days in the future.
If you are eligible to make withdrawals to your own bank account, the scheduled withdrawals feature will be available to you.
Note that we are currently in the process of releasing this feature to different countries, so if you don’t yet see the option to schedule a withdrawal rest assured that it’s coming soon.
There are no additional fees to schedule a withdrawal. The same fees apply as when making a regular withdrawal to your bank account. The fee depends on whether you make a withdrawal in the same currency as your bank account currency, or whether there is a need to exchange currency to make the withdrawal. You can get complete details of the fees from the Fees page in your Payoneer account.
To schedule a withdrawal to your bank account, follow these steps:
From the main menu, select Withdraw and then Withdraw to bank.
Toggle on Schedule this withdrawal. To see helpful tips about scheduling withdrawals, click Scheduled withdrawal tips.
Select the date on which to process the withdrawal. You can choose from the following day up to 90 days in the future.
Complete the remaining withdrawal details according to the steps described here.
Review the scheduled withdrawal details, then click Schedule withdrawal to schedule the withdrawal.
You’ll be able to view the scheduled withdrawal in the Future transactions table on the Transactions page of your Payoneer account. It can sometimes take a few minutes for the scheduled withdrawal to appear in the table.
We will begin processing the withdrawal at approximately midnight of the date you specify when scheduling the withdrawal. From that point the funds usually get sent within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the withdrawal is successfully processed, with an estimation of how long it will take for the funds to reach your bank account.
Note: In some cases, you may be asked to provide documents as part of the withdrawal approval process.
No, the amount to be paid will only be deducted from your balance when the withdrawal is sent. Any funds in your balance on the day you create the scheduled withdrawal remain fully available for payments, other withdrawals, or to convert currencies. In addition, the scheduled withdrawal amount does not affect your current monthly withdrawal limit.
Note: Make sure that on the date of the schedule withdrawal there are enough funds in your balance to cover the withdrawal and that the withdrawal will not exceed your remaining monthly withdrawal limit. If we are unable to process a scheduled withdrawal for any reason, the withdrawal will be canceled and we’ll let you know by email. The email will include the reason why the withdrawal was not sent.
Like a regular withdrawal, you track your scheduled withdrawal from the Transactions page in your Payoneer account.
Until it is sent, a scheduled withdrawal will appear in the Future transactions table on the Transactions page.
Once a scheduled withdrawal is sent, it will appear in the All transactions table on the Transactions page.
Note that there may be a several-minute delay, when we start processing the withdrawal, from the moment the withdrawal disappears from the Future transactions table and then appears in the All transactions table.
Note: If we are unable to process a scheduled withdrawal for any reason (for example insufficient balance or limits exceeded), the withdrawal will be canceled and we’ll let you know by email. Further, the withdrawal will no longer appear in the Future transactions table and will also not appear in the All transactions table.
When you schedule a withdrawal from a balance of one currency to a bank account in a different currency, we’ll calculate the withdrawal amount (amount to withdraw or amount to deposit) based on the current exchange rate. The calculated amount shown will not be the final amount of the withdrawal.
The final amount will be calculated at the time the withdrawal is actually processed, based on the exchange rate at that time. You’ll be able to see the final amount and the final exchange rate used in the All transactions table, once the withdrawal is listed there on the date of the withdrawal.
Yes, simply open the scheduled withdrawal’s details pane from the Transactions page (or Home page) of your Payoneer account, click the Cancel button, and confirm cancelation of the withdrawal.

No, scheduled withdrawals cannot be edited. If you need to make changes, simply cancel the existing scheduled withdrawal and create a new scheduled withdrawal.
Once a scheduled withdrawal is sent, it will appear in the All transactions table on the Transactions page. You can select the withdrawal in the table to see all the withdrawal details.
We’ll also send you an email confirmation letting you know the withdrawal was sent.
