To change your email address:
- Sign in to Payoneer.
- Click the profile icon.
- Go to Settings > Profile Settings.
- Choose Name and email and click ‘Edit’.
- Enter the email address and click ‘Save’.
Please be advised that your username is the email address associated with your Payoneer account, and if you change the email address on your account, your username will change accordingly.
Please note: You can only edit your account information after your application with Payoneer has been approved.
If you do not remember the email address associated with your Payoneer account, we recommend that you look in your various email inboxes for messages from Payoneer.
Alternatively, if you are using an email domain that supports dots as aliases, we suggest that you try any combination of email address for the username when trying to sign in.
