An invoice will automatically be sent to the email that you register with, once the Account is approved and the fee is charged. If you don’t receive your invoice within 14 business days of being charged, please contact us.
The registration fee is only charged if your account is approved. If for any reason you are not approved to join Payoneer, you will not have to pay the fee (you may see a charge and refund in your card statement).
Generally, accounts are approved within 3 days of submitting your registration. In some cases, we may ask you for additional documents or information to help us verify your identity or business. In such cases, we recommend that you provide the requested information as soon as possible. If your account is not approved within 14 business days of the date you register, your application will be canceled, and you’ll need to re-register. In such a case, you will not be charged the registration fee.
The fee is not refundable.
No, the registration fee is a one-time flat fee for registering to Payoneer. Once your account is approved and the fee is charged, you can use your account as much as you want to receive and send payments, withdraw funds to your bank, and enjoy our many other services.
