Payoneer Global Cashback Reward Card Plan – FAQ

The Global Cashback Reward Card Plan earns you cashback rewards on your eligible business card spend. You get a percentage of what you spend credited to your Payoneer balance, and you can use those funds like any other funds in your account.

Cashback may come in two forms:

  • A standard rate tied to your card plan, which applies for as long as you're on the Global Cashback plan
  • Promotional cashback tied to a specific marketing campaign, which only lasts for that campaign's duration

The Global Cashback plan is governed by the Global Cashback Reward Card Plan Terms and Conditions, and we may change these terms at any time.

You may be offered the Global Cashback plan directly through a Payoneer sales contact, or from time to time as part of a specific promotion or campaign.

Sign in to Payoneer, go to Cards, then select the Cashback plan tab.

Note: The Cashback plan tab only appears if you're currently on the Global Cashback plan, and only in certain regions.

Eligible business purchases made in stores or online may qualify for cashback, subject to the Global Cashback Reward Card Plan Terms and Conditions.

ATM withdrawals and point-of-sale cash withdrawals aren't eligible.

The more you spend, the more cashback you may earn, subject to applicable caps. The percentage you get depends on the rate offered when you ordered your card, and specific limits or exclusions may apply depending on your plan or any promotional terms. Check the Global Cashback Reward Card Plan Terms and Conditions for the details that apply to your account.

We calculate your cashback on eligible card spend from the first day of each month at 12 AM Pacific time through the last day of the month at 11:59 PM Pacific time, then credit the relevant cashback amount to the Payoneer balance associated with your card.

You'll typically see that cashback in your balance by the 5th of the following month, covering the previous month's spend.

Yes. We charge a periodic fee for holding a card under the Global Cashback plan.

Other card-related fees, like currency conversion, cross-border transactions, or ATM withdrawals, can still apply.

Note: Your fee structure may vary depending on your region.

If your card has a monthly fee, we debit it from the currency balance tied to the first card you receive under the Global Cashback plan, typically on the 1st of each month starting the month after you get the card. If you leave the plan, we stop charging the fee from the following month, and we don't provide partial refunds.

If your card has an annual fee, we debit it from that same balance on the date your card is issued, and then every year on that date. If you leave the plan partway through the year, we don't provide a partial refund either.

Yes. Once you get your first card under the Global Cashback plan, any additional cards you order may also fall under the same plan, and may count eligible spend from all your applicable cards toward your monthly cashback.

If you cancel or return a purchase that earned cashback, we deduct that cashback from your eligible spend for the month. If we already paid out the cashback for that purchase, we deduct it from your next payout instead.

We calculate the purchase value in your card currency, and your cashback is based on the converted amount.

This can happen for a few reasons, such as:

  • The transaction doesn't meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The transaction has been refunded or reversed.
  • The transaction hasn't cleared yet. Check its status on the Transactions page, or with your merchant.
  • The transaction cleared after the cutoff time of 12 AM Pacific time on the last day of the month. In that case, it counts toward the following month's cashback.
  • Your card or account was blocked before we paid out the cashback. We don't pay cashback on blocked cards or accounts, even if the eligible spend happened before the block.
