How to prepare the bank account file

Tips before you begin

  • Save a copy of the template file with a name that describes the batch of bank accounts you’re adding, for example, Supplier bank accounts_1.csv.
  • Fill in one row for each bank account you would like to add.
  • Make sure not to change or delete the row of column headers.

To add a bank account to the file

• The table on this page will display the fields you need to complete in the file for that specific bank account

• Some fields may require you to fill in one or the other, depending on which field you choose (e.g., in some cases, if you choose to provide a passport over an ID, fill in the passport number field and not the ID number field)

  1. On this page, select the Bank account type, Bank country, and Bank account currency from the lists below.
  2. In the bank account file, fill in only the fields required according to your chosen bank account.

You can add bank accounts from different countries and currencies to the file. Make sure to fill in each row according to the required fields for that selection in the table below.

To upload the bank account file

  1. Review and save the bank account file.
  2. In Payoneer, upload the file.

Once you upload the bank account file, we’ll validate it. You can track the validation progress from the Bank Accounts page.

We’ll add all valid banks, and you can view any remaining issues. You can create a new bank account file with only the banks that were not added, making sure to fix the issues beforehand.
