We automatically enrolled you to the Lite account when you chose Payoneer as your payment method in your marketplace/platform. This plan is tailored to provide you the services that are suited to your type of business.
You’ll be charged fees that are applicable to the Payoneer services that you use and other applicable periodic fees as presented in the Pricing and Fees page in your account. To see the fees applicable to your account, sign in to Payoneer and go to the Pricing and Fees page (click Fees at the bottom of the navigation menu).
If you need additional features, such as the ability to receive payments from clients or marketplaces not integrated with Payoneer, or the ability to send payments to suppliers, contractors, and more, you can upgrade to the Premium account.

Follow the steps below to upgrade your account from Lite to Premium. Remember that upgrading to Premium requires paying a one-time upgrade fee. The one-time fee amount is shown while upgrading and can be paid from one of your Payoneer balances.
Click on your profile icon at the top of the page, and select Upgrade to Premium.
Review the info on the upgrade page, and when ready click Go Premium.
Pay the upgrade fee by choosing a balance to pay from, and click Pay and upgrade.
We’ll begin processing your upgrade request. It can take up to 24 hours for your new features to be available. We’ll message you as soon as your account is upgraded.
Lite account customers who would like to upgrade to a Premium account will be required to pay a non-refundable, one-time upgrade fee of 60.00 USD (similar pricing is also available in EUR and GBP). At this time, you can only pay the fee from your Payoneer balance.
After you pay the one-time fee to upgrade, you’ll continue to be charged fees that are applicable to the Payoneer services that you use, and other applicable periodic fees as presented in the Pricing and Fees page in your account. To see the fees applicable to your account, sign in to Payoneer and go to the Pricing and Fees page (click Fees at the bottom of the navigation menu).
Currently you can only pay the one-time upgrade fee using funds in your balance. In the future, we may offer alternative payment methods.
If you try to upgrade to the Premium account but the upgrade doesn’t succeed, we’ll send you an email explaining why the upgrade was not successful and what to do. If you still need further assistance, contact us.
If you don’t see the option to upgrade your account to Premium, this may be because your account is not yet approved, you have some required action in Verification Center, or some other eligibility reason. If you are not sure why you’re not seeing the option to upgrade, contact us.
