We’re updating the fees for some of our services. Here’s what you need to know.
Payoneer provides payment services to over 190 countries and territories around the world, with fee updates that differ by country and date. Select your country* in the table below to see whether the update applies to you and when it takes effect. On the effective date, any applicable updated fees for your eligible services will be shown on the Fees page of your Payoneer account.
Any existing fees that apply to you in addition to the ones in the table below won’t change.
*If you signed up to Payoneer as an individual or unregistered business, select the country of residence listed in your Payoneer account. If you signed up to Payoneer as a company or registered business, select the country where your business is registered.

ATM/cash withdrawals using a Payoneer card
ATM/cash withdrawals in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, and the UK, where no currency conversion is involved Up to 1.8% of the transaction amount, in addition to the fixed fee listed on the fees page of your Payoneer account. Payments from your balance to another Payoneer account
International transactions in USD, EUR, or GBP For payments to recipients in a different country we’ll charge either 3.00 USD, EUR, or GBP or 0.6% of the payment amount, whichever amount is higher.
Domestic transactions in USD, EUR, or GBP For payments within the same country we’ll charge a fixed fee of
3.00 USD, EUR, or GBP.
Transactions in other currencies The fee will be calculated individually, and we’ll show you the amount before you make the payment.
Currency conversion fees may still apply to each of the above transactions.
