We’re updating the fees for some of our services. Here’s what you need to know.
Payoneer provides payment services to over 190 countries and territories around the world, with fee updates that differ by country and date. Select your country* in the table below to see whether the update applies to you and when it takes effect. On the effective date, any applicable updated fees for your eligible services will be shown on the Fees page of your Payoneer account.
Any existing fees that apply to you in addition to the ones in the table below won’t change.
*If you signed up to Payoneer as an individual or unregistered business, select the country of residence listed in your Payoneer account. If you signed up to Payoneer as a company or registered business, select the country where your business is registered.

Payments in USD, EUR, or GBP A fixed fee of 2.00 USD, EUR, or GBP.
Payments in other currencies The fee will be calculated individually, and we’ll show you the amount before you make the payment.
Currency conversion fees may still apply, depending on the currencies used.
Withdrawals to your bank and payments to recipient bank accounts
Transactions from a Payoneer balance to a bank account in a different currency 4% of the transaction amount
Example: Withdrawing or paying from a USD balance to an EUR bank account
Transactions in a non-local currency with no currency conversion
4% of the transaction amount*
Example: Withdrawing or paying from a USD balance to a USD bank account located in Europe
*Any minimum fees that are applicable to you will remain unchanged

Transactions from a Payoneer balance to a bank account in a different currency 2.5% of the transaction amount

Example: Withdrawing or paying from a USD balance to a USD bank account located in Europe

Annual account fee
The annual account fee applies only if any 12 consecutive months pass without you receiving at least 6,000 USD (or equivalent) to your Payoneer account. If you're on a paid annual plan, you won't pay this fee in the first year of the plan. Click here to learn more.

🎉 Fee reduction
3% of the transaction amount, plus a fixed fee of 0.49 USD* for USD transactions
*For non-USD transactions, the fixed fee will be charged in the relevant transaction currency as follows: 0.39 GBP, 0.45 EUR, 0.75 AUD, 0.67 CAD, or 73.76 JPY

No fee updates apply
If you don’t agree with the change, you may close your account with no additional charges.
