FAQs

What currency will my bank receive when I withdraw stablecoin?
Stablecoin withdrawals are sent to your bank account in the currency of that bank account. Your stablecoin is converted as part of the withdrawal process, which is supported and operated by Bridge.

Do I need to add a bank account to withdraw stablecoin?
Yes. The first time you withdraw stablecoin, you’ll need to add a bank account specifically for stablecoin withdrawals.

Can I use the same bank account I use for Payoneer balance withdrawals?
Yes. You can add the same bank account details again for stablecoin withdrawals. This is required because stablecoin withdrawals are processed by Bridge, separately from Payoneer balance withdrawals.

Can I use a bank account in any country?
No. Only bank accounts from certain countries can be used to withdraw stablecoin. See Supported blockchain networks and countries for the full list.

Can I cancel or reverse a stablecoin withdrawal?
No. Once a stablecoin withdrawal is submitted, it can’t be canceled or reversed.

Can I withdraw funds to my Payoneer balance instead of to my bank?
No. Funds from your stablecoin wallet can only be withdrawn to your bank.
