To update your residential address, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Payoneer account.
2. Click on your profile icon and select Settings.
3. Go to Profile settings.
4. Update your residential address and save the changes.

In some cases, you may be asked to provide a document to verify the updated address. If additional information is required, we will notify you by email.

Please note:
Because our service offerings and terms may differ from country to country, some address changes (such as updating your billing country) can’t be completed directly in your account. In these cases, you’ll need to contact Payoneer Support for assistance.
