Refer your network – FAQ

If you’re an active Payoneer user, you can invite other businesses or individuals who aren’t yet Payoneer customers to join, and get rewarded when they join and start using Payoneer.

For all the details, check out our Terms of Use.

Please note that Payoneer customers in Turkey or the UAE are not eligible to participate.

You’ll be able to refer others once you’ve received at least 1,000 USD (or equivalent) directly into your Payoneer balance. Payments sent straight to your bank account or any kind of self-funding (if applicable) don’t count.

There are 2 easy ways to refer your network and earn rewards:

1. From the Refer your network page:

  1. In Payoneer, go to Manage > Businesses you work with > Refer your network.
  2. Share your referral link with your network.

This is best for businesses you want to recommend Payoneer to. You won’t be able to track their registration progress.

2. From the Contacts page:

  1. In Payoneer, go to Manage > Businesses you work with > Contacts.
  2. Click Invite and earn on the banner at the top of the page, or click Add contacts.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish inviting your contact to Payoneer.

This is best for inviting contacts you pay. Each contact gets a unique link, and you can track their registration status in the Invited tab on the Contacts page.

Your referral must:

  • Be a new Payoneer user (not previously registered)
  • Register using your referral link and get approved
  • Completes at least 30,000 USD* (or equivalent) in eligible transactions within 150 days of signing up

*Minimum payments required to qualify may vary.

Eligible transactions include:

  • Withdrawing funds from Payoneer to a bank account
  • Paying directly to recipients’ bank accounts
  • Card purchases or ATM withdrawals

Payments directly to other Payoneer accounts are excluded.

Checking the status of your referrals is easy!

  1. In Payoneer, go to Manage > Businesses you work with > Refer your network.
  2. Check the section called Your shared stats.

Before reaching out, please check:

  1. Has it been less than 150 days since your referral signed up and met the requirements?
  2. Did your contact use your referral link or register via the email they received when you invited them to join Payoneer?
  3. Is your reward showing in your Payoneer balance?
