I ordered my card via DHL/FedEx. When will I get my tracking number?

A tracking number for your Payoneer Card will be sent to your email address by DHL/FedEx as soon as the delivery starts (generally within 3 business days).

Once you receive it, you can track the shipment at:


If a tracking number is available, you can also see it in Payoneer cards:

  1. Sign in to Payoneer.
  2. Select Payoneer cards.
  3. Click the card with status Shipped that you want to track to view card details.
  4. If tracking details are available, they are displayed in the Order info section, under Shipping info.
