Getting your Payoneer account up and running
Why didn’t I get an email verification code?

There are a few reasons you might not have received an email with a verification code:

  • Double-check you entered your email address correctly. Just one small typo will stop the email from being delivered. Use the Change Email option if necessary.
  • Verification emails sometimes go to the Spam/Junk folder. Try checking there first.
  • Check if you set up any filters on your email account that might be stopping the email from getting through.
  • There may simply be a technical reason your email hasn’t arrived, such as a delay in our email delivery system, or a weak Wi-Fi signal.

The code is valid for 10 minutes. If you still haven’t received an email with a code, you can always press the Resend Email link, and we’ll send you another email with a new verification code.

Why didn’t I get a phone number verification code?

There are a few reasons you might not have received a text message with a verification code:

  • Double-check you entered your phone number correctly. Use the Change number option if necessary.
  • There may be a network issue that means your mobile can’t receive text messages right now. Check you have a stable network connection and try again.
  • Some mobile carriers may block certain types of messages. Contact your carrier to ensure they are not blocking our verification messages.
  • Phone Settings: Make sure your phone is set to receive SMS messages and that you haven’t blocked messages from unknown senders.

To get a new verification code press the Text me (SMS) link to get a new text or use the Call me option to get the code read to you on a voice call. Just make sure you’re using the most recent code you received.
