Store Manager - Frequently Asked Questions

Store manager enables ecommerce sellers doing business on one or more marketplaces to track multiple store payments across multiple marketplaces from one convenient location.

Stores on marketplaces that partner with Payoneer are automatically connected in Store manager when you select Payoneer as your payment method. Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart sellers will need to manually connect their stores in Store manager (show me how).

By connecting your stores in Store manager, Payoneer can automatically receive your transaction data and increase your quota accordingly.

This means you don't need to manually submit records for these transactions.

By connecting your stores to Payoneer in Store manager, you are giving Payoneer permission to access specific store data provided by your ecommerce marketplace. This is necessary:

• to facilitate smooth payments from the marketplace to your Payoneer account

• to enable eligibility for receiving working capital funding with Payoneer's Capital Advance

• to meet regulatory obligations (in certain countries)

Currently, Store manager enables sellers to connect stores from all Amazon sites worldwide.


Stores on marketplaces that partner with Payoneer are automatically connected when you select Payoneer as your payment method.

Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart sellers can manually connect their stores to Payoneer in Store manager in the following way:

1. Sign in to Payoneer.

2. From the main menu, go to Manage, to Business network and choose Store manager.

3. In Store manager, click Add New.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions. For step by step instructions on connecting your store, check out this blog post.



1. Sign in to Payoneer.

2. From the main menu, go to Activity and choose Store manager.

3. If you have not previously done so, provide the details required for the account statement:

o If you have not yet added your store, add it and complete the account statement details in the relevant step.

o If you have already added your store but did not complete the account statement details, select the store, choose Fill Out Account Statement, and provide the details. You can immediately save and download the statement.

4. If you have previously provided account statement details for a store, select that store and click Download Statement. You can download a statement for stores in the Connected stores table or for stores in the Stores pending connection table.



In Store manager, select the relevant store and click View Store Details. Expand the Receiving account details section to see the full details of the receiving account.



For Amazon stores – you can edit receiving account details and account statement details. To make any other changes you need to contact us to remove your store. If you wish, you can then re-add it with the new details.

For stores from other marketplaces – you can edit the store name.



If your store was connected to Store manager but now appears in the Stores pending connection table with Reconnect store indicated in the Action column, you can reconnect your store by clicking Reconnect store and following the on-screen instructions.
