We'll even include a personal message if you provide one.

We suggest you encourage your service provider to register using the link in the invitation email, as only that way will we be able to send you the follow-up email once they join and are ready to receive payments from you.

When paying with a credit card (and very occasionally, debit card), cash advance fees and additional interest may be imposed by your card issuer if they treat use of the Payoneer service as a cash transaction rather than a purchase transaction.
Unfortunately we have no way to know this in advance, but the bank that issued your credit card should be able to provide more information.
Usually, paying with other payment methods such as debit card, ACH Debit or Local Bank Transfer where available will incur lower or no additional fees.
To add a payment method, sign in to Payoneer and from the menu select Manage.
In the relevant section, click Add card or Add bank account and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also add a payment method during the payment process.
To delete a payment method, sign in to Payoneer and from the menu select Manage.
Click on the payment method you would like to delete. In the details area, click on Delete.
You'll be asked to confirm that you would like to delete the payment method.
Local Bank Transfer is a payment method you can use if you are paying as a company. It is generally available to companies in the US, Canada, EU, AU, and UK. With this payment method, you transfer a payment directly to your service provider’s Payoneer account using the bank details your service provider provides.
Once you have received the bank details, please use them to make a bank transfer through your bank. For US bank transfers, please use ACH Debit. For EU transfers, please use SEPA. For UK transfers, please use BACS. For Australia transfers, please use Direct Entry (BECS).
Please note that wire transfers are not supported. A wire transfer will be automatically rejected and returned to you, after the deduction of bank processing fees. Instead, please use ACH Debit transfers in the US, SEPA transfers in the EU, BACS in the UK, and Direct Entry (BECS) in Australia.
Before completing the payment process, you can select who pays the applicable fee, you or your service provider.
We may require documentation to verify your identity or line of business. We do this to keep our community of buyers and sellers safe, and to comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws.
Although we do our best not to request any additional information, we may require additional documentation to confirm your identity or to receive more details regarding the transaction.
Protecting your privacy and the information you provide us is a top priority for Payoneer. Payoneer does its utmost to protect the security of Payoneer customers. All information and documentation that you provide to Payoneer is kept highly secure and in the strictest of confidence.
Payments are subject to review by Payoneer. After you send a payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the payment has been reviewed, you will receive another email, informing you whether the payment was approved or declined. In addition to receiving emails, you can track your payments in your Payoneer account.
If you paid by credit card, please try making a payment again. In most cases, the new payment will be successful. If the payment is still not successful, please contact your bank for more information.
If you paid by ACH Debit, please contact your bank before trying to make another payment. When the bank declines an ACH Debit payment it is sometimes because your bank account details were incorrect or there was insufficient balance in your account. Payoneer will communicate the reason for the decline that was provided by your bank.
We strongly recommend that you contact the service/product provider directly and try to resolve the disagreement as Payoneer does not provide dispute resolution services.
If you do decide to contact us regarding the issue in dispute, please provide all related documentation such as invoices and correspondence with the service/product provider.
Payment transactions processed with Payoneer are non-refundable and non-reversible. If you are unsatisfied with the service or product which you bought, we recommend that you contact the service/product provider directly to resolve the issue. If you are unable to resolve the matter, you can contact us with the details of the dispute. We will do our best to assist but please note that Payoneer does not provide dispute resolution services.
Please note: Payments made via Credit Card or ACH Debit are subject to the service Terms & Conditions.
Both services provide you additional security when making purchases or payments online by using advanced technology to verify your identity when you make your payment. Identity verification is generally done behind the scenes, however in some cases you are asked to answer a security challenge to confirm the payment.
If for any reason your payment is not processed due to Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode security check results, you will not be charged for the payment and you are welcome to try the payment again.
