You can check the status of a payment you made by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your payer Payoneer account. Your username is your email address.
2. Once signed in, you will see a table of the payment requests you received. You can see the status of the payment under the Status
3. You can click here for an explanation regarding what each status means.

If you don’t have an account, we recommend you check the emails received from Payoneer for information regarding the status of the payment.
