You can order a replacement card if:

• Your card is lost or stolen
• Your card is expired or about to expire
• Your card is compromised
• Your card was seized by an ATM
• Your card is damaged
• Your card is late or you didn’t receive your card
• You wish to change your shipping address or change your shipping country after card was already issued
• Your name on the card needs to be updated

Please note that when you activate your new Payoneer card, your previous one will become inactive.
