Manager account FAQ

Payoneer’s manager account gives you a centralized dashboard from which you can manage an unlimited number of connected Payoneer accounts that are part of your business group. Once you connect your accounts to the manager account, you can do the following from your manager account dashboard:

  • View the aggregated balances of connected accounts
  • View details for each connected account, including the day the account was connected, balance per currency, funds set aside per currency, whether a connected account is blocked, and whether a connected account has restricted funds
  • Centrally transfer funds (automatically or on demand) from all connected accounts to the manager account
  • [Coming soon] Generate reports for connected accounts that show transactions for a chosen time period and balance

No, the manager account feature is offered free of charge.

You can verify whether you already have access to the manager account feature by going to your Payoneer account settings page and looking for Manager account settings. If you don’t see this option, here’s how to get access to the manager account feature:

  1. If your business works with a Payoneer CSM – contact your CSM to see whether you are eligible. If you are, we’ll enable the feature.
  2. If your business doesn’t work with a Payoneer CSM – contact us to see whether you are eligible. If you are, we’ll enable the feature.

For your security, you can only connect to accounts within your business group. If you need to add another account to your business group, contact Customer Care or your Customer Success Manager.

If the manager account you want to connect to is within your business group but is still not available, contact us for assistance.

Yes. In the manager account dashboard, the Balances of connected accounts section shows the total amount of funds in all connected accounts, per currency. It also shows the amount of funds available for transfer from the connected accounts to the manager account.

Note that the amount of funds available for transfer shown in the Balances of connected accounts section takes into consideration funds configured to be set aside in connected accounts, but does not take into consideration restricted funds or pending debt. For details, see Available funds here.

Funds can be transferred from connected accounts to the manager account either automatically or on demand.

Automatic transfer

You can turn automatic transfer on or off (it’s turned on by default). If automatic transfer is turned on, all available* funds in all accounts connected to the manager account will automatically be transferred once daily, at midnight China Standard Time (GMT+8).

On-demand transfer

Available funds for transfers are defined as all funds in an account minus funds set aside, restricted funds, and pending debt:

  • Restricted funds – funds that appear in an account balance but are temporarily not available for use due to restrictions imposed by China's State Administration Of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) regulations.
  • Pending debt – funds that an account holder owes to Payoneer but that are not reflected in an account balance.
